To ensure the perfect fit, we strongly advise consulting the measurement guide before making a purchase. Please, make sure to select the correct size and provide a sufficient and accurate shipping address, as we are unable to make modifications after the order has been placed.

 

Your purchases are protected by the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy.

 

We create this product exclusively for you as soon as you place an order, which results in a slightly longer delivery time. We are unable to offer refunds based on a change of mind at this time. We certainly accept returns and replace damaged or faulty items. We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have been used or improperly handled. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at orders@yepiknow.com  before sending back the item. Kindly include photos of the product. All returns must be authorized within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

 

In case your order hasn't arrived after 14 days of the expected delivery date and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can look into the issue without delay.

 

If a package is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, we suggest you reach out to the carrier for more information regarding the delivery details. In these cases, we're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future.

At the moment, we only ship our products to addresses within the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Customers residing in other locations can use a global parcel forwarding services to have products from our store shipped to them.
